Photo Coverage of the Struggle in Libya

I recently looked through a slideshow on TIME.com pertaining to the conflict in Libya. The slideshow, titled Libya’s Rebels Suffer a Setback contained amazing photographs of the Rebels throughout the conflict.

This is just one example of the many breathtaking photographs which are in this slideshow. The slideshow does a wonderful job of telling a story without needing words or sound. There are 87 pictures in the slideshow which document the actions of the Rebels and while I would encourage everyone to see them to have a better understanding of what is taking place, I would warn that many of them contain graphic content. The pictures are stand alone work. Many of them contain shots of the Rebels praying, mourning, fighting, fleeing, and they all bring the conflict to life in a very real way for the viewer. They come to life in a way that text alone never could.
